We are located in the heart of the Sierra Norte in Madrid<\/strong>, a unique place that has various microclimatic conditions that allow the cultivation of different varieties of olives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Characterised by its rich landscape, culture and cuisine, this area is a perfect place for both growing olives and extracting olive oil<\/strong>.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

One of our main objectives is to bring local and quality products closer to the final consumer<\/strong>. Specifically, Madrid has an important and quality production of extra virgin olive oil that must be put to good use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We promote and encourage our philosophy surrounded by a unique landscape and, according to different evaluation rankings, we are very close to some of the most beautiful villages in the community of Madrid<\/strong> (Patones de Arriba, Buitrago de Lozoya, Rascafr\u00eda, Manzanares el Real…).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We are only 3 kilometres from Torrelaguna<\/strong>, birthplace of Cardinal Cisneros (1436-1517), confessor of Queen Isabel the Catholic and regent after the death of the Catholic Monarchs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Patones de Arriba<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Patones de Arriba<\/strong> is located 5 kilometres from our facilities. It is a historical town par excellence which, it is said, was not affected by the War of Independence (1808-1814). In Patones de Arriba also took place the first works of water canalization in Madrid, giving rise to the Isabel II channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some of its aqueducts<\/strong> and pipes can be seen during the journey from the oil mill to Patones in different ravines in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The water comes directly from the El Atazar reservoir<\/strong>, which is a 25 minute drive from Torremocha de Jarama. It is the largest reservoir in the Community of Madrid, with a capacity of 426 hm\u00b3. There are different viewpoints<\/strong> that offer spectacular views of the reservoir. In addition, you can also practise certain water activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
