FANUM OLIVE OIL has the latest extraction technology in its facilities. We are proud to obtain our extra virgin olive oil with machinery of our own design PALACÍN and the decanter model F5700 of the exclusive firm ANDRITZ SEPARATION.
In the exterior area of the oil mill is located the olive reception point and cleaning patio.
It is the place where the farmers leave their olives.
Afterwards, the olives are cleaned, weighed and distributed to the corresponding hopper according to the variety.
In the interior area you will find the milling room, the wine cellar and the bottling plant:
- The milling room is equipped with the latest digital and technological systems necessary to control the extra virgin olive oil production process, always guaranteeing an unfiltered process by means of cold extraction.
- FANUM OLIVE OIL has a storage cellar with a capacity of 200,000L.
- Finally, the bottling plant is the area where the oil is bottled, giving rise to the final product.
Throughout this process, our team analyses the necessary samples and carries out the appropriate tests in search of supreme quality.
